Cozy Entertaining Space
This family had a small space and wanted to make the best use of it. We created a rec room with large bar area, guest bedroom and bath. The homeowners worked closely with The Victory Companies’ designer, Tammy Joost, to create a fantastically comfortable space. To keep the space from feeling like a basement, we excavated the landscape near the window and designed a tiered wall to allow for maximum daylight. This was one of the most intricate—and transforming parts of this project! No detail was overlooked in this project—from fully stocked kitchen in the bar area, to the lighted cabinets to show off the homeowners barware, and the sliding barn door on the guest room the entire space is cozy and inviting.
